Our complaint is for a street dog which is heavily injured by it's ear. The ear of that dog is about to tear off & the dog is continuously sitting in our wing in sometimes it comes till the 4th floor. He is continuously bleeding & In our building every where blood is fallen

Please help us as soon as possible
