bus driver is not dropping at right stop ( AS PER HIS ROUTE ) when i objected about the same ,then he said " first i will drink some liquor, then proceed to the next stop (and this liquor drinking will take at-least half hour to drink) timing 7.30 pm

    Sir,
    On 30th November’21 morning around 8:15-20AM, I boarded the bus number 2342 & 2249 from 1st pusta, Sonia Vihar. The Driver opened front door and allowed 2 ladies in the bus and on my boarding the bus,, guard of the bus pushed me out whereas there were hardly 10-12 persons standing against approved capacity of 30 passengers. The Driver of the bus also behaved rudely as the guard in the bus. The busses moving from Chauhan Patti to Mori Gate never stops at 1st pusta or the Driver & guard of the bus chose whom to pick and whom to drop. This fact can be ascertained from the daily local passengers of 1st pusta. The fact can also be ascertained from the running CCTV camera recordings of 30th Novermber’21 around 8:15-20AM. The rudeness of Driver & guard can be imagined that both of them mockingly gave me the bus number asking me to complain wherever I want to?
    I therefore, want that a stern action be taken against both Driver and guard of bus number 2342 (orange) and terminated if deem fit to give a lesson to rest of the bus staff plying 258 route.

    Usually the orange bus driver not stopped the Bus on stop. today arround 05:50 hrs

    Route no.73/DLIp3014 not stopped on bus at RML hospital 4-5 passengers were there to board the bus. Take necessary action

    Bus time is very bad i come daily from chohan patti to vidhan sabha but chohan patti tha bus not runs on time Don't know how many people are troubled everyday because of this, consider this thing from above and end this problem. So this is a big problem here, it should be removed as soon as possible.

    Driver was very rude ...i ask him to stop the bus at C-1 janakpuri delhi bus stand at 8.50 pm ..he said i am not stop the bus at stand and also said that i stop the bus at next stand ...he always rude with women or girls ....he agrue with me as usual.... please take action as soon as possible...
