Bus conductor beaten me

Today at 22:47 on 02/04/2019 I boarded the bus from Madhuban Chowk bus stand I take a ticket for next stand Saraswati Vihar new Delhi the conductor is so rude he’s misbehaving me using abusive language and driver told him that not to use that language be patience but the conductor is getting angry on me and beating me on the way to next stand also when the Saraswati Vihar stand is coming driver open the door, and conductor beating me and push me hard during running bus so I fell down on the road and bus driver didn’t stop the bus and he ran away bus doesn’t have proper display board, after that I tried many times to call dimts complaint number but no one was answered the call so I wrote the email so that some action should be taken for the rude conductor, I got scratches in my body .

Please look into this matter bus conductor is so rude he’s talk rudely with everyone but it’s my bad luck that conductor beating me hard.
