Not able to recharge the monthly toll, I daily commute via from Delhi to IMT Manesar via Manesar tol

I daily commute via from Delhi to IMT Manesar via Manesar toll plaza for which I have to recharge my Fasttag (IDFC).
The only options of monthly recharge are
i) Offline at Toll Plaza
ii) NHAI.org website (http://www.nhai.org/)

Seeing the convenience I choose online option. But being a very widespread toll system (Fast Tag) recharging via website is not working and the website gives errors.

Now the only option for me is to always do the payment for each trip (going from home to office and vice versa)


Also discussed this issue on IDFC customer care telephone support (18002669970)
and also contacted 1033 (NHAI)
from both contact supports I got no support.

Therefore, I would like to request to please make the system enough robust for the consumers so that this inconvenience could never be caused.
