Misbehave by bus driver and conductor, New Delhi

Hii..myself kiran chauhan..i am student..i daily travel of morigate to mayur vihar phase3 route...bus route no. Is 348...and bus registration no. Is Dl ip D3674..
I want to complaint against its bus driver and conductor...actually one day i was travelling in this bus and i said to the driver to stop the bus at crpf camp bus stop..but he didnt..and continue to drive the bus..then i again said him to stop the bus i have to step off..but he said that uh should tell me than...i argue to him i havr already told uh that where i have to stepped off..but dont hear me that was not my fault...after that he misbehave with me and he was talking to me very rudely..i mean was that the way he talks to me...he was completely sick mind person..
And today i was travelling in same bus...he stops at newkondli A1 bus stop..and conductor stepped out of the bus nd driver said to all the passenger that uh all get out of this bus as i have to eat some food here..the conductor and busdriver was like they were trying to threatining us that if we spoke up against him then we dont know what they will do with us...i dont knw what the matter was..he stopped the bus by his own choice and then he starts the bus by his own choice..the passengers were just sitting at there silently coz they dont wanna talk to these type of persons who were so rude to us nd was misbehaving with all of us..which is not right at all..
I hope uh consider my complaint serously and will do something about it.
