I have a CASIO watch i bought an year ago. My My watch fell off from my hands and the watch glass got broken and also the roman letters of 4'O clock, 5'O clock, 7'O clock, 9'O clock is missing.The 3' O clock is being shown in the place of 4'O clock. I went to shop where I purchased it from. Their attitude was so bad that they even asked me get it repaired from outside.This is a branded watch and I cannot give it outside for repairing as I will loose its warranty specifications.
Further they said there is no warranty and even if I gave it for repairing they are not sure if it will be repaired. This kind of attitude from shop people is very pathetic for a world class watch manufacturer like Casio.
I had recently bought a watch for my wife also which is working. At the time of purchase they are very polite and humble show marketing skills. But it is after sales service which people are looking for. Facing these kind of untoward behaviour from thier own staff is not welcome. I bought my watch from SWISS TIME HOUSE (THRISSUR , EASTFORT, KERALA)

I was really saddened by the irritable and unresponsible behavior from the shop staffs..I rang up the customer care number plenty of times and did not get any response from there too and hence the complaint.

Kindly look into the matter very seriously.
