Hi Team,

As I am very old customer of you patel nagar store ,me and my whole family buy the shoes and footwear fro

m your store only, I brought my show on 15/July/2016 and after a month only I was facing some problem in the shoe regarding pasting and look also (just boz of look I brought that shoe) and when I handed over my shoe to your executive, they said within a week I will get my shoe back and everything would be fine as it was earlier ,just because of trust, I purchased one more pair on the same day. You can reconfirm this thing with your executive also.

3 days back I got the call from them and they are saying that you will claim only 900 approximately.

Let me tell you one thing very clearly, REPAIR MY SHOE AND MAKE IT AS IT WAS EARILER (IN GOOD CONDINATION) OR PROVIDE ME NEW PAIR OF SHOES.i can you give you time till Monday(12Sep2016) only. Otherwise, I will put the case against your company in Consumer Court and more over you will lose your client also.
