Very bad service and wrongly denied my claim

I submitted a claim online on July 12. In 7 days in did not receive any reply. I called customer service number many times. Stayed on hold for not less than 15 minutes but still could not connect. Today finally after holding the line for 18 minutes, spoke to Ms. Roopali. She told me that my claim is denied because I entered the damage date of my phone 3 July. I remember that within damage of 2 days of my phone, I had submitted the claim. I also asked her what we can do further since it could be a human error. She said now you cannot do anything. I also told her that the same day when my phone was damaged, I had called your CS and informed that. So you can get the call recording and find the actual date of damage of my phone. When I asked her to transfer the call to a senior, she said it is not allowed.
I am very upset and I request you to please help me in this regard.
