Shashi Kant, Neha & Laxmi at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015 not satisfied from his replies.
Maine ek parcel 9.8.2016 ko aapse courier karvaya tha. Aapne kaha tha ki 2-3 din me pahuch jayga. Lakin 7 din ke bad jab mene confirm kiya to aap kehe rahe h ki appki service "Fatehpur Sikri, Agra" me nahi h. Iska kya matlab hua.
Jab aapki service "Fatehpur Sikri, Agra" me h hi nahi to aapne parcel liya hi kiyun. Aapko pehle hi bata dena chahiye tha.
Ab Raksha Bandhan bhi nikal chuka h, ab m kya karu.
Please meri problem ko samjhiye & parcel deliver karvaiye.
otherwise mujhe consumer form ki help leni padegi.
