I bought a laptop charger from snapdeal with one year warranty on 10/03/2016 and it stopped working three weeks ago.I complained to dell and they said and gave in written that the product was not dell compliant.Now when i complained about this to snapdeal they asked me give a written letter from dell that product is not dell compliant and i produced the same.Two weeks have passed and i haven't received a response.
