I had purchased Sunrays solar water heater from Dileep industries on 22nd December 2010, the unit came with 5 years warranty. It was fine all this while, but from November 2015, we accidentally observed leakage from the main tank, immediately I tried reaching dileep industries but as their number was changed I was unable to reach them. However during December I was able to contact and registered my complaint, but no reference number was provided as this is not their culture. I was told there would be one representive visiting my home but that never happened. After some follow up one person visited me in march 2016 after 3 months of initial complaint and told me that it cannot be under warranty and forced me to go for paid service, initially I said no but later I agreed. I did not receive any response from that guy later. I again contacted their main office this time managed to get name of their manager Mr subbu (9844139508) I am contacting him every day every day from past 10 days and every morning he says he will send by 4 pm and no body turn up... This had become a big trouble for me I need my solar water heater serviced immediately under warranty and also need one lakh componsentation for all the stupid thing I had to understand go from past 6 months.
