Cityland courier services denying to give courier service inside Nagpur city region

This cityland courier service is having branch office at Tukdoji square, nagpur.Still they always deny to give any courier delivery to any other part of Nagpur.There employee sitting at Tukdoji square branch office asking to collect courier from their branch otherwise they will send it return from where it has come. I would like to complaint against city courier service for not providing a proper & systematic service.If they don't have staff then do not collect couriers orders where you are unable to reach.Cityland courier ask for heavy charges all time as compair to other best courier agencies.Still giving such a worst service in Nagpur.
