Online payment failure procedure - HDFC Bank Account

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that still I have not received Rs.609/- to my HDFC Bank Account irrespective of continuous follow ups with Bill Desk, HDFC Bank and Shakti Gas Agency. I spoke with customer Executive of HDFC Bank they said that the amount Rs.609/- has already been debited successfully on 10th July'19, and from our end there was no problem, you have to contact to the Bill Desk and ask them why the said amount not been credited to Beneficiary bank i.e. Yes Bank. If the Yes Bank not received the amount then it must be lying with Bill Desk.

Please note that Payment failure at YES bank account and not at HDFC bank account.

Request you to kindly look into as nobody willing to sort this issue and not taking interest to credit the amount Rs.609/- which debited from my HDFC account on 10th July '19.

I have enclosed herewith (a) Online Payment Failure Form submitted to Shakti Gas (b) HDFC Bank Statement showing Rs.609/- debited from my account (c) Shakti Gas Invoice - I took the delivery of Gas Cylinder on Cash on Delivery basis. I have given all the Email address of Bill Desk, HDFC Bank and Shakti Gas Agency.
