I have booked one order with Id K283514. Due to size problem I returned 2 items on 25/11/21. But the cash is not refunded till now. I have mailed all details to customer care and koovs. Now I am totally desperate with koovs. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Otherwise I will share my experience through social media
