Asking Money to be crew member for interview schedule

Hi, I came across a job on Quikr to be crew member and I applied. They asked 799 to transfer for making artist card which I transferred. Then He of zee tv calls again and says 4500 deposit has to be done as it's company policy and then interview will be scheduled and offer letter will be given with address details. They did not give office information. Just said Koramangala 4th block Bangalore. Details only after payment or they will return money. I said to cancel but I have not received my money back. People are fooling as it's 2500/day Monday to Friday, weekly pay. Urging people to deposit 4500 for job and telling refundable on the day of joining.
