Dear Sir,
An advertisement being shown on your channel has shown doctors in very bad light. In this advt the actor says "Jab ilaaz karne walo ki soch hi bimar pad jaaye to sach dikhana zaroori hai........"

Painting whole community with same brush is absolutely condemnable and unacceptable.
I want to prove with hard hitting facts why it's wrong to air such advertisements on tv channels.

Sir, simply because of hard work ,skills,dedication and commitment of Indian doctors, India has emerged as the third most preferred destination for medical tourism in Asia after Singapore and Thailand .Not only this,Medical tourism in India is growing at a rate of 20 percent per yr.

Dear sir, Indian doctors are applauded all over the world wherever they go.In a study in US it was found that patients treated by indian doctors live longer than those treated by others.In Australia ,a country much smaller than india (population wise) waiting lists are so long that it takes almost an year just to consult a specialist while in India you must hv never heard a thing like waiting list in any hospitals,specially pvt.

Its only in India ,because of channels like you and hypocrites like Amir Khan that Indian drs are being projected as devils which they are not for sure .Most Indian doctors work ethically and with all the morality and compassion.

But what channels like you are doing is absolutely illegal, immoral and highly objectionable.

01.Have you got any fixed MRP of the time slaught meant for advertisements?If yes then is it same throughout the day or it varies throughout the day?

While procedure charges are same for any particular procedure in any hospital.We don't increase our charges during any epidemic when patients need us the most.,rather we overwork to provide all possible assistance to the citizens.
Whenever there is any calamity or mass casualty most of us work tirelessly and we do it absolutely free.Channels like you never miss such opportunities for TRP.

02.Do all channels charge same fee for a particular advt from a particular customer or the fee varies from channel to channel.?

We dont do that.Procedure charges are same for every patient in a hospital and are almost same in various hospitals with similar infrastructure.

03.You and channels like you sell your prime time to many self styled babas and faith healers who misguide and fool public by their unscientific lectures and hilarious remedies.Rather than making public aware about such fraudsters you provide them a plateform from where they can reach more and more innocent citizens who get trapped because of such advertisements on reputed news channels.This is absolute betrayal of trust public shows in channels like you.

We doctors never indulge in such unethical practices for easy money.

04. You and channels like you invite disgraced cricketers like Azharuddin,Ajay Jadeja on your shows and make them heros.What message a budding cricketer will take when he sees convicted match fixers like them sitting in the comfort of your lavish studios and giving sermons on crickets?
We doctors never do such unethical things.

05.You and channels like you invite guests from enemy country and provide them a plateform to spew venom against india just for TRP.Isnt it a brutal murder of patriotic feelings of millions of indians who are forced to listen things against their beloved motherland on daily basis.Doesnt it strengthen the anti nationals within india?

We doctors never do such anti national things as a professional.

06.On pretext of investigating journalism you and channels like you do many sting operations and then you blackmail the victims of your stings.If they dont succumb to your unjust demands you broadcast the sting.If they give in to your demands these stings become trash.

The list is long dear sir.This is just the tip of iceberg which an outsider like me can see from here.What goes inside the studios,the murky deals between KRANTIKARI CHANNELS like you and various political parties never appear in public domain.
You call yourself fourth estate of democracy while actually you are a bunch of blackmailers in disguise who roam freely because of the nexus between you and your political masters.
Stop spreading false lies about a noble profession which is million times better than yours.
