Sir/Mam, I want to get some information about my scholarship, that is why I am trying to call on helpline numbers given by upscholarship.nic.in but even a single number is not available. I want to know if any college has filled a fake scholarship form over my documents. Because there is a college that had taken my documents in the name of giving me admission on the basis of scholarship, but they did not give me any admission. I have heard that colleges fill fake forms to get scholarship money.
