BOUNCE OF EMI AND NOT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM - CAPITAL FIRST PVT LIMITED

I have taken a personal loan from Capital First PVT Ltd of Amount 70620 on 22/08/2017. EMI deducted from my Oriental Bank of Commerce Account no 02722041000228 on 5 Date of every month from October 2017. But from fist month(October 2017) of Capital First Limited bounced my EMI and reason is insufficient fund in my bank account.
But i have sufficient fund in my account in every month. i have many time mailed to capital first limited regarding this problem, and also visit Delhi branch many times but my problem not resolve till now.
After many problems I have found the problem from my bank that the NACH/ Mandate form not send to my bank branch by Capital First PVT Ltd. And I am also send the cancel cheque again with ECS Mandate verified from my bank to Capital First PVT Ltd. But still they not submitted in my bank for ECS Mandate. I work in Private sector so I m not able to visit his branch regularly because his branch is 40km far to me.
And every month their customer care executive call to me again and again for ECS Payment 2815/- and Penalty payment of amount 2400/- and they not listening my Issue. and send their Executive to my address for collection. I am mentally tortured by this company every month.
This is my humble requested to you please do something regarding this problem.
