Security deposit and wrong charges not refunded

I had booked a swift automatic version from zoomcar in may 2019.
1) i was delivered swift manual( lower version)
2) i was charged monthly for the higher version car, inspite of repeated complaints.
3) i was forced to pay 27000/- for early termination , since i had not received the automatic version( higher end), in July 2019.
4) amount of 8500/- was withdrawn from my account after termination without prior intimation or bill.
5) security deposit and wrongfully withdrawn money not refunded even after constant email, calls and tweets, till now.
