Shopkeeper charges for colddrinks and milk products

In the West Champaran region, almost every shopkeeper is asking for 5 rupees extra for cooling charges for the soft drinks and milk products, for example, if a Sprite is printed with MRP-40 they are asking for Rs-45/- and when we are asking for the extra amount they use to say that they are charging for cooling the products.
Sometimes I asked for the standard product without cooling they used to say that we needed to pay the same Rs-45/-.

I know that this is not the first time someone has sent you this kind of issue but it is very frustrating for consumers to pay an extra Rs-5 every time.
If someone from the authority wants to verify this they can directly visit some of the shops randomly they will get a tons of cases like this.

Please look into this matter and take some action against this to prevent these kind of activities.
