No proper response at store

Good evening,

Yesterday İ have purchased Buuterfly Rice cooker 2.8 ltrs in Bajaj Electronics, 2-5-34, Nakkalagutta, Hanamkonda 506001. But it is not suitable to us as it is too big size in our kitchen.We didn't used at all.

Now I came to exchange another one which is suitable to us.

I have asked to permit me to exchange and he denied for that as Manager is not available in the store.

It was very disgusting answer given by someone and no body is giving answer to me properly and he is saying that come tomorrow and we will see.
He has given very irresponsible answer to me.

I am a customer since 10 years +.

I have been purchasing somany electronics materials in this store. This is very bitter experience to me by giving reckless answer by Mr. FIRDOSE, Manager.

Kindly consider my request and do the needful.
