My father, Shri Girish Chandra Agarwal, has taken annual subscription of Outlook. his subscription
number is OLP/395548. He had not received any issue of Outlook for the month January 2015 till
date. He had written a post card to you . I had also complained about this at your web site and given my email. i did not get any response till date.please see to the matter and do the needful.
