NON DELIVER OF CYLINDER

I AM INDANE CUSTOMER VIDE CUSTOME No.1786 of SHAHID PARASH GASE AGENCY, MADUBAN, MAU VIDE GAS BOOKDING No. 206042 dated 03 Mar 2015 and I received a SMS on my registered Mob No. 9455841853 on 05 Mar 2015 that your case has been delivered. But no Gas Cylinder has been delivered to me. A amount of Rs. 252.68 has been credited into my bank a/c No. 20052644785, SBI Main Br, Ballia code No. 0017. I am facing toomuch hardshhip for non delivering of above said gas cylinder and need to investigated the matter and necesary action to be taken against the gas agency for said wrongfull action under intimation to me.
