IGL' executive not coming for metre reading from last 4 months

IGL' executive Mr vinay sharma (M) 8700886578 not coming for metre reading from last 2 times.. on 30th April 2022 first time he called up me for metre reading pic & i sent it to him with clear pic of metre reading but he didn't upload & my April's bill was showing with zero consumption.. how is it possible with zero consumption??
I request you to pls provide me his complete employee code with his designation because i would like to take strict action against him or otherwise I'll give written application in IGL department with all proofs against him.
I have already filed complaint against him vide complaint no. 9906761503 but no action has been taken till date.
I am enclosed here with all WhatsApp chats with his WhatsApp no.
Nonsense guy with arrogant attitude. have no sense how to talk with customer. Always saying lie to customers regarding metre reading & on call saying "jaha bhi complaint karni ho kr do"
