Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: C Jeans bought from FLIPKART.COM

The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered Gap jeans (order Id OD119115724887946000) but the size was bigger for me I tried to exchange it but my exchange got rejected by the seller (as per the info on the app).
So I tried to return it, to my dismay the return also got rejected by the seller (although the product falls under the category of returnable items). I got in touch with customer care and they suggested me to wait till the seller responded...yet again return got rejected by the seller ( as per app info). I called customer care yet again, that representative informed that the seller requires verification so an email regarding the same will be sent to me;.....
In the meantime I had ordered smaller size too(order Id OD119184933077831000) and sadly it does not fit me either, now I have initiated return for the same too and it has met the same fate.
Ideally if they had suspicion about my account they should have put ordering at halt rather than returns. but ordering attracts money SO Conveniently its allowed.
Orders worth Rupees 3,308/- are still lying with me.
