Delhi Jal Board Billing incorrect

My KNO is 2760293456 & bill no. is 276849702274 dt.29/04/2022. The meter reading is not taken every month. It is usually taken after 2 to 3 months. 20 units water reading is free every month. Now since the reading is not taken every month & is taken after two months the water consumption is over 20 units & so the bill is generated & we are unable to get the benefit of 20 units free water supply.

My water meter was installed in Mar-21. No reading was taken in Apr-21, May-21, Jun-21 & in Jul-21 a hypothetical reading of 30 units(actual unit at that time was 80 units) was taken & zero amount bill was generated. In Aug-21 actual reading was taken for 113 units & Rs.4200 bill was generated.
