On 8th dec 2017, i booked two ticket through goibobo website from new delhi to patna but while payment Rs 4718/- transaction was failed. my amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked.my refund not yet come. I have contacted many time to customer care but they refused to return the amount.According to bank, transaction was successful and amount have kept by goibobo.
