Agarwal packers and movers delay in delivery of household shifting goods

Dear Sir,

I have booked my household for shifting with Agarwal packers and movers from Ahmedabad to patna. They have given in written that it will be delivered latest in 10 days and it will in direct truck.
But they delivered it in 45 days. During the transit they have not provided any update from self or very rare and useless after my followups. They have damaged my household in very badly. Now they are not responding to my mail and calls.
They are not settling my complains. I need claim for my stay for these extra 35 days at rate of 5000/day and for damaged households.
