Sir, my consumer no. PF8821
i will lost my card , and i also complain that i have lost it and i also inform in policestation, and i gave the copy of my bill of my gas connection, and in this sistuation you will issue me only one gas cylinder, but you will not take any action, sir i want another card and also transfer in other person... So i request you to give me any response please.
