Frequent breakdown of unit due to SMPS

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the Kent Grand plus RO system which i purchased on 12/03/12.This system is consistently creating problem since its installation.An alarm system was given on this RO which never worked for the replacement of the carbon filter and sediments.This resulted in failure of the membrane & for the replacement of the same ,i paid Rs.2500/- in the year 2013.THIS IS THE FIRST FAILURE OF MY FAULTY KENT RO which occured in year 2013. Subsequently I've been struggling/bearing with the SMPS given in the system.This unit is really the faulty one as till date THREE SMPSs have been replaced since 2012 for which I paid (Rs. 935x3=2805/-).ONE in 2013,SECOND in 2014 and the THIRD one in 2015.And now after one year in 2016 when the unit again stopped working,the service engineer visited & declared THAT THE SMPS HAS FAILED.I must add here that i don't have any voltage fluctuation here in my BHEL township.I am going to pay for the fourth SMPS in these four years.IT IS REALLY SHAMEFUL that KENT is involved in manufacturing / procurement of CHEAP spares & making their customers suffer & getting business out of it .THIS IS THE SECOND FAILURE OF MY FAULTY KENT RO.(which is consistent).This incident has provoked me to give you feedback on this Kent RO system if you ask me that why didn't I write you earlier. I've wasted on a complete FAILURE MECHANISM.

Please look into the matter as i am paying for all those expenses which i need not to.Waiting for your positive reply & response .Thanks
