Cylinder wrongly deliver in old address

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that delivery boy bring my gas cylinder in my old address while I have been already changed my address, I have been submitted all docs. regarding address change ( Voter ID Card, Electricity bill copy, Current Room Rent, Application etc. )My first cylinder delivered in current address but second delivered in old address. No one picking up phone at Himani Gas Agency & No one helpful person there. Pls, look into this issue on priority b,coz affter docs. submission one cylinder deliver in right address & second in wrong address.
