It's been like 7 days since I have applied for transfer of my gas connection to Delhi.The person at office at Nalapani chock,Dehradun Charged money for speed post , As He couldn't conduct the work at that time because of server problem(As Told).Still I am waiting for my papers and facing problem regarding gas here in Delhi, and now he is asking for subsidy money somewhat around 600 rupees to conduct my work. Please guide me what to do..?
