I have an account with Kotak Bank having A/c# 7313270144. On 14 December 2019, at 21:33 hrs using Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM we tried to with draw an amount of Rs 20,000, but instead of dispensing the cash, the ATM did nothing and the transaction did not went successful with dispensing no cash. Again we tried to withdraw 10,000 from the same ATM and same problem happened but this time the amount 10,000 got refunded. Now it has been taken more than 20 days we are asking for refund from the bank for 20,000 transaction but there is a constant reply from bank saying the transaction is successful. We have raised complaint on 16th December 2019 having REF#1-13236217774 and another on 21 December 2019 having REF#1-13338617976 but both the requests got rejected saying "Cash withdrawal transaction from Non Kotak ATM has been rejected by the other bank and hence refund cannot be processed.", Though the ATM belongs to Kotak Mahindra itself.
I am attaching the statement for proof. Please help me in getting my money back by validating the CCTV footage at the ATM Branch and also take serious action on bank for troubling the customers.
