Fraud complaint against Shine.com for fake job call coming

Dear sir, I had registered on Shine.com around 3rd week, in the month of Nov, 2017. I uploaded my CV and every detail needed. On 5th December 2017, I received a call from Shine.com by Shruti Sharma (M.No;7289919882) telling me that my CV has been selected for Royal Perth Hospital, Australia. They informed me that I have been selected for Staff Nurse at above mentioned Hospital. She asked me to pay Rs 5500/- for registration on Shine.com. So I transfer through PAYTM in the account of Mr. Anusthan Sharma having SBI Account No: 34824789256, Chandwara Branch.
Then, later She told me that I’ll be receiving an interview call from Royal Perth Hospital HR, if I pay them an amount of Rs. 8500/-. They have mentioned that these entire amounts are refundable. After making online payment I did received a call from HR, Andrew Sutton on 9th Dec, 2017. And he took my telephonic interview. After that they told me that I have been selected for the post of Staff Nurse and very soon I am going to received Confirmation letter.
Then after few days I got call from Anusthan Sharma that I have to pay Rs. 15500/- for Confirmation letter. They always mentioned d that these entire amounts are Refundable. On 12 December and 13 the December I pay the total amount of Rs. 15500/-. After few days, I have received my Confirmation letter from Royal Perth Hospital, Australia. They congratulate me saying that I have been selected.
Then they asked me to pay an amount of Rs. 21500/- for Visa Processing Fees. That day I didn’t pay any amount to them. So, Another person, Mr.Arjun Khasyap called me and try to explain the procedure. I was so confused but still I deposited the amount of Rs. 21500/-.
After few days, they again asked to deposit the amount of Rs. 35000/- as a Medical Insurance by hospital. I become suspicious and sent an email to HR, Royal Perth Hospital, they wrote back to me to informz that this confirmation letter is a Scam and there is no such vacancy
I called them and asked them to refund all my money; they started giving explanation about their work. But after much argument, they promised me that they will refund my amount as soon as possible. But till today I haven’t received any money. After this incident he never called back to me and when I try to call them their mobile number is always switch off. Total they stole from me around Rs. 50500/-. So, please take some action against these guys.
