Denial to provide rooms for stay while checking in with advance booking

Dear Sir/Madam ,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we have booked 2 rooms with Hotel Pandey Lodge at Munsiyari Pithoragarh ,through Cleartrip.com dated 21.11.17 vide. Voucher No. CHMM 9055576 & 905541 & another two rooms booked with Hotel Pandey Lodge through GoIbibo.com dated 22.11.17 vide. Booking No. HTL -EXTWUD5 .

In reference to the above , when we arrived at Pandey Lodge for our check in on 26.12.17 AT 18.00 hrs , Mr. Pandey denied to provide any rooms to us stating there are no available room at his hotel . After repeated requests we were allotted with only one room (Room No 210 ).Please note that ours was a team of 16 members travelling which included had 5 Senior Citizens & one child under 5 years . Under this situation we had no other options but to accommodate the senior members in one room and the rest of our members were stranded out in the streets where we had to spend the night in our Tempo Traveller bus . Please also note that we had to pay an additional Rs 6000 to Pandey Lodge for the food they provided while checking out on 27.12.17 .

The above narrated incident was indeed very shameful and we look forward to proper action being taken against the guilty for such unprofessional behaviour of all the parties related i.e Pandey Lodge , Clear Trip , Go Ibibo .

Also please note that we have already filed a General Diary with the local PS regarding the above subject matter.
