The refrigerator at my home is not in a working condition. It is a samsung refrigerator and is under warranty of 5 years. It was bought in the year 2012.The guy from service centre only visited once and informed that the compressor has gone dead and will have to be replaced by a new one. One month has passed out and there is no action taken by the samsung service centre(panjim Goa). When called everytime they tell that the part is not yet come. We have been facing many difficulties since we have a patient at home whose medicines have to stored in the refrigerator.
