Complain for Laptop damage due to charted bus indore

Hii ,

I am Harshita Vani. Yesterday , I came from my hometown and after reached indore i was waiting for my ola on rajendra nagar naka between 7 pm to 7:30 pm suddenly the charted bus came there and took turn near rajendra nagar bridge and this bus moved upwards on my luggage beg and damage my whole laptop which is in my luggage beg . I was Unable to see bus No. I have my all project information in this laptop which i lost yesterday .

Please find this bus no. and repair my laptop because i can not bear this things this is not my fault .
I have talked with charted bus senior officer but he didnt respond me back and every time says you need to see bus no. If i saw the bus no.then why i calling you and register a complaint to you .
Please resolve my case and repair my laptop because i can not bear this damage i am software engineer and there is lots of information of my projects in my laptop .
