Complained against; M/s. ASVEGIS TECHNOLOGIES, Incomplete project work penalty.

Dear sir/mam,
I have a complained against; M/s. ASVEGIS TECHNOLOGIES, addressed at, Orma, Gujarat; (A part time online job providing group).

I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my Aadhar card copy, the time period for 200 pages typing was 20 days, before proving the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life), I beg them a sample copy but they denied. But when they provided the typing task, it was in very different font and some of the part of the script was unreadable and very difficult kind of operation (Typing and drawing images) was required. When I communicate to a group member of ASVEGIS, within the time period of taken task, and told them about my difficulties then instead of helping me or suggesting any way, they awared me about penalty, because of I was unable to complete the task, and after seven days I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 6074 Rs. within seven days, and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in SURAT court (Gujrat), I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next.

    I Harshit Sengar want to tell u that my friend told me about the company. The name of the company i dont know and they didnt tell also. I done with all the formlities. Then i give the test. I m 100% sure that i have clear the exam. But they tell that h fail and u have to give 4500 charge. M/s mayara khan send me the email of all this stuff. Then again i get the email of Minhaz m. Patel he tell that now u have to pay 12,658 rs to the company within 7 days otherwise u will have to come to the surat court.
    I request u to take actions against this menace.

    u dont need to worry...in bhikhariyo ko pese dene ki kohi jarurat nhi h...sabke sath kia h inhone ye fraud legal notice vagera bhejenge lkin sab farzi hai .so no tens ...date b denge ki court m akr milo and all..lkin no need...ho sake to bss paytm se 1 rs dan kr do..bhikhari log hai thoda pet bhar jaega...dont worry block list p rakh do...mere sath b hua h mene vompany aur vo fake advocate dono ko 2 -2 rs diye h..ap b dan kr do..
    DONT PAY ANY PENNY..

    I signed the agreement with M/s. Xcel Networking, the day I signed, I got sick hence was aware that I won't be able meet target hence on the very same Day I called the lady name Narmada P who offered me the job and asked her to cancel the contract as I won't be able to meet target but she didn't do that and asked me to send an email to helpline. I emailed them and asked to to call but did not give me the number and when I tried to find the number in the agreement I could not find that. So they did not cancel my contract and called me for 4500 Rupees to pay as not met the target. When I denied to pay Minhaz M.Patel send me a legal notice asking to pay 6000 around else have to pay 50000.
