Regarding Fraud they Made, Capital Aim Financial Adviser Pvt. Ltd.

Dear Sir / Ma'am

I am Sanjeev Deshpandey and I am retired person. I do some saving while my service period and after retirement I make plan for investment so I started trading.
After some time Nidhi from Capital Aim Called me regarding their service in stock market, she told me we are best advisory who provide tips & recommendation in the market so I ask for Free Trail so they denied for that and I was fresher in the market so they told me join our basic monthly services with 5500 INR amount, So I paid via online after one day they do level and in that they do not provide Stop-loss and I got loss after that Priyanka Called me and told sir if you will work on our basic services then you will get loss so join our VIP pack of 3 lakh and then you will get profit, they made a trap and forcing me again & again after 2-3 days they give one risky call and in that i got profit 35k so then they ask for join VIP plan so step by step they ask for payment as VIP plan.
I made following payment on following date on installment bases
30.03.17 = 5500 /-
05.04.17 = 7000 /-
12.04.17 = 61000 /-
13.04.17 = 40000 /- & 115000 /-
18.04.17 = 25000 /-
24.04.17 = 15000 /-
Total 2,68,000 /-

once I do payment they told me till then once I didn't give whole amount then service will hold and when you make payment then service will start.

some following point by that it will consider like they do fraud :-

1. They told for VIP plan but at their website there is no VIP plan.
2. They told it is profit commitment plan in 3 lakh you will get 8-10 lakh profit but till time I got 2 lakh loss
3. I have all recording which they told about plan.
4. I have main in that they told about VIP plan for VIP clients.
5. Once I denied for more payment they do not pick my call and they never call back again me after 30th April, They told we will give you support up-to 6 month and make you profit of 8-10 lakh with investment of 1.5 lakh


Now I am planning to go to Consumer forum for refundable and SEBI as well as I will send notice by my Lawyer
