I purchased insurance policy no.015798535500 from above insurance company for vehicle noBR31GA8912 0N 30th january2018.vehicle received damage on 19th january2019. Claim for repairing was accepted vide claim no.0821225602A date 5th Feb.2019.Insurance company with connivance with kiran automobiles gheghta chapra 841301 (Repairer)paid to kiran automobiles Rs8860.kiran automobiles charged Rs7000 for releasing the vehicle.I had to pay .despite communications to insurance company .bill contain many unnecessary items which have been not replaced .Initial survey by insurance company stated approximate expenses within Rs5000 Repairer charged Rs 24000 .
I have been cheated by both the party claim to return the amount paid by me I have much more to say I this regard but do not know the forum.
