battery charge indicator show 100% charge. but actually not.

My phone Wibe X 2, battery always show it is 100% charged. While using phone after few hour phone is switched off. Ajaib I have to charge. Some time it does not charge as battery show 100%. Instrument let switched off. purchase in Jan 2015.
