Airtel Digital TV cheating consumers (3003664930), sends fake offers about recharge

Airtel is cheater company.
they sends fake offers about recharge and channel pacakges.
after recharge will be done, they will not provide same offer and same channel packages.
i am user or airtel digital TV ( consumer id : 3oo3664930)
they given me offer via sms that if i recharge with Rs 1499 (for 6 months) then i will get 6 months free.
but after i recharged with same amount i did not get any offer.
in addition they removed many existing channels from my package.
they changed my original package Value Prime to basic package.
i called customer care but they did not respond .
