Dear Sir,
The company has extended the services of IBS Tower in to 3 G Tower by applying additional equipment’s approximately 250 kgs. weight on the site on the early morning of 5th Aug, 2015 without any prior intimation to the owner on this matter. (The company had wave the agreement terms No. 4 of the agreement between licensor and the company) The licensor asked the persons came and telephonic talked company officials/representatives about ( A ) additional rent of Rs. 11000 per month and ( B) additional agreement for 3G Tower, both the officials / representatives had agreed and assured me both the conditions will be totally fulfilled by the company in few days & you did not to worry.
Please look in to my earlier reminder dated 10th Aug 2015& 2nd reminder dated 16th Jan, 2016 for the same subject.
The further delay in the matter will invite legal actions in the matter.
I, therefore once again request you to consider my demand at the earliest.
