Dear Sir
I am still waiting for your mail in response of my mail to you on 7.3.2015. When I have not received any response from your end (which you should do) then I contacted Mr. Naveen of Libra Technicom yesterday (on 10.3.2015). He is told me that he has reported to higher authority and TV will be replaced by new TV within one week. But I am not satisfied with a verbal assurance. When I asked him to reply me via email, he has refused my request.
Already more than 1 month has been passed. How should I believe verbally that your company will provide new TV within 1 week when 1 month is wasted by your service center in replacing one component? I purchased this costly TV to enjoy cricket world cup with my family. But we are facing mental tension from last 1 month due to improper response from your service center. I am residing in BHU campus and I have a big friend circle of Professors and all of my friends are surprised regarding this dishonest approach from such a big company Sony. Do you know you are losing your name and fame due to such insincere approach?
Kindly response my mail as soon as possible and let me know what is going-on in such a reputed company in response of complaint of his costumers?
