I hv put a wrong knock code for more than five times and now my phone is asking for the backup pin which i forgot.Now my phone is locked i need help to unlock it.

    I have been cheated from a company called naaptol..they told me that i have won a prize worth 3 lakh 50 thousand and 5 gms gold and they also said that i have to pay 3500 rs additional charges for delivery.When i got the courier at the post office then i paid 3500 and i saw that in the envelop there were only blank papers and nothing else..I have lost my hard earned money..Plz i request u to take any action against this company
