Non delivery of products from meesho

I have lodged 4 complaints on 23rd june 2023 that my products was not delivered and marked as delivered on app. Details are as under :

Meesho executives assured me that i'll get resolution soon but their team and authorities are not providing any solution and resolution to my problem and their seniors are not even taking my call. They waste 1 - 2 hours daily and do not pick my call.

It is causing me so much harassment.

I request you to provide me resolution for the same.
