I have bought a Chevrolet Enjoy from Singh Motor and Cycle Co. with really worst experience of buying an Automobile
1. They delayed the process of Loan at SBI
2. They did not help us to the fullest at SBI for loan approval. No feed backs of the loan was given to us. We need to take it directly from the bank.
3. Delay in vehicle delivery. They did not work out things properly and failed in commitments about vehicle delivery.
4. They delayed the vehicle registration also. The invoice was generated on 2nd of march and till now the registration is not complete and we have not got the number.
5. The loan approved was more than required and the refund is till not given to us. We dont know what is holding them back.
My family is very upset the way they have handled us as a customer and really not happy.
