I gone to kusum gas agency dumka and my old consumer no is 003677 .

Due to I had not get my new consumer no The agency is not delivering my gas so kindally give me my new consumer no and last gas delivery date is 26.8.2014
Therefore I request you to solve my problem soon and faster so I can get my gas on time.
