I have invested Rs.100000/- to the company on 1St Sep, 2018 with conditions that they will pay Rs.10000/-per month. Paid Rs 20000/- for months for Oct & Nov. 2018. The kept outstanding for Dec. 2018 Jan & Feb 2019 till without any reason. The company shall have to pay Rs. 40000 plus capital investment Rs 100000/-.Please accept issue as legal matter and redress .
