Hi there. My name is jiwan Kumar. Actually my brother who lives in punjab distt nawanshahr we bought your brand new car swift. Here are all the details of my car. Owner of the car is sukhvir singh. Car number is PB 32 R 7556. VIN number is MA3FHEBIS00632655. We bought that from lovely autos nawanshahr on 2nd of april 2014. I am realy realy upset from your service. Here is all situation. My car service was due on 10,000 km. so when its runs 7495 i check the engine oil that was on very low level after that i went to your service centre they put 3 liter oil in that. So now my question is why this engine oil comes very low before of service time???? And they charge me rs 1733 on that time. We paid 6 lakh 85000 for this car. And now your company giving me excuses.i am very disappointed from your service.then why you guys advertising online that this car has no other expenses. While your company is charging me every time when i go to your garage. Second thing is your costumer service is really really bad if we bought car from you that means its your duty to look after your costumer. When today i checked my engine oil its low again. So what is the reason??its happens second time. So now i want that you need to check my car again otherwise refund my money which i paid in your centre 1733. Otherwise i have to take legal action. I am writing this letter behalf of my brother. Currently i am in Australia. So reply me as soon as possible.
